By downloading and using Bridge Bid Coach ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The app offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full course content. Purchases are processed by Apple; pricing, billing, and refunds are handled through your Apple account and Apple's policies. The purchase unlocks content on devices signed in to the same Apple account and can be restored.
The app teaches contract-bridge bidding conventions (SAYC and 2/1 Game Forcing) for learning and practice. Bidding is a matter of judgment and partnership agreement; the app's recommendations are for instruction and may differ from a particular partnership's methods.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
